Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

4. sending, exclusively to the e-mail address provided by you during the purchase of a product or service from the Websites, promotional messages on goods or services similar to those purchased by you, provided that you do not object to the processing with the methods indicated below, in accordance with the provisions of art. 130, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions -cd soft spam - (Legal basis of the processing: Legitimate interest);

5. to allow navigation on the Websites (Legal basis of the processing: legitimate interest).

  • to those who, within the organization of the Data Controller, need it due to the role covered. These subjects are the persons authorized to process under the direct authority of the Data Controller pursuant to art. 4 n. 10 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "appointees"); 

  • to Group companies pursuant to article 2359 of the code that are authorized to process them for internal administrative purposes; 

  • to the subjects whose activity is necessary for the execution of the contracts of which you are a party or to fulfill specific requests (eg: Transporters, Suppliers of goods and services and both national and foreign Subcontractors within the European Union, Companies and institutions in the banking, credit and insurance sectors, factoring companies, financial intermediaries, companies that provide commercial information, mail delivery companies); 

  • to third parties to whom the Data Controller may outsource certain activities and who consequently provide the undersigned with certain instrumental services, however related to the treatments and purposes described above, such as administrative, accounting, tax, auditing, information system management services , credit collection, mass filing, call centers. These third parties carry out treatments on behalf of the Data Controller and are authorized to process them as Data Processors in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR. 

Retention period 

The Data Controller will keep the personal registration data and the accounting data relating to purchases for 10 years from the last use. For marketing and profiling purposes, the purchase data will be kept for 24 months. 

Your rights 

At any time, you can exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 

2016/679, the right to: 

a) ask for confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data; 

b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and the retention period or criterion; 

c) obtain the rectification and cancellation of data; 

d) obtain the limitation of the processing; 

e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments; 

f) oppose the processing of your personal data at any time (Article 21). In particular, you may object to the processing of your data for the purposes referred to in point "c n.5" (so-called soft spam) by accessing your "Reserved Area" or by selecting the link on each e-mail sent by [name of owner] . This will make it impossible for the Owner to send you communications in order to promote the direct sale of products or services similar to those previously purchased (so-called soft spamming). 

g) oppose an automated decision-making process, including profiling (Article 22); 

h) revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; 

i) propose a complaint to the Data Protection Authority (Article 77) if it considers that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.

What are cookies

A "cookie" is a text file saved on the user's computer when he accesses a website with the aim of providing information every time the user returns to the same site.
